The topic of this Breakfast Meeting was the Blair administration’s drastic reform to tackle the nation’s collapsing healthcare, seizing the opportunity of the regime change. At the meeting, the overview of the Britain’s healthcare reform, including increasing efficiency and realizing the patients-centered healthcare, was presented and the future direction of Japan’s healthcare reform after the change of government was discussed.
