In June 2013, the 5th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD V)
will be held in Yokohama. Taking this opportunity, we will focus on the field of
health-related business at the core of Japan’s growth strategy, and welcome speakers with
involvement in efforts by Japanese companies to improve health in Africa (clean water,
nutrition, and healthcare) and insight into achieving sustainable growth, thus able to
introduce many ideas for creative approaches ranging from social business to CSR.
Registration forms for the 2nd and the 3rd lectures were now open. We look forward to the
participation of those interested in business in Africa, the healthcare industry, and potential
partnerships with government and international organizations.
