The Health and Global Policy Institute (HGPI), represented by Chairman Kiyoshi Kurokawa, and the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS (UNAIDS), represented by the Regional Director for Asia and the Pacific, Eamonn Murphy, signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
Under the MOU, HGPI and UNAIDS, through dialogue and collaboration aim to work jointly to end the AIDS epidemic as an urgent public health crisis in the Asia-Pacific region and commit to further promoting AIDS policy in the context of Universal Health Coverage and the COVID-19 pandemic.
